June Monthly Events

June 14th – Youth Fellowship Cookout & Movie
Youth Fellowship will have a cookout at 6 PM Saturday, June 14th.  All youth in grades 7 – 12 are invited  to attend.

June 15th – Farewell Luncheon
We will host a Farewell Luncheon Sunday, June 15th at 12 Noon to recognize the service of Pastor Paul.  We know that you will want to share this special day with him and wish him God’s speed as he moves on to the next step along his road of life.  Reservations must be made by June 8th.

June 17th – S.W.A.P.  (Single Women with a Purpose)
We are going to visit the new home of Baird & Marion Krecker in Elizabethtown.  We will have lunch at the restaurant on the grounds and walk through the lovely gardens they have there.  All are welcome to travel with us.  We will meet at the church at 9:30 AM.

June 20 & 21 – Red Lion Community Yard Sale
Red Lion Borough is having its free yard sale days on June 20 & 21.  As a fundraiser we are renting spaces, both indoor & outdoor (side parking lot) for anyone who does not live in Red Lion, but would like to take advantage of the many customers who walk through town.  Rental fee will be $10 for a 10’ x 10’ space, which will include one 8’ rectangular table.  If you wish to reserve a space, please call Wanda @ 244-9052.  Spaces are limited.  Our youth group will be setting up a table to sell baked goods.  If you would like to donate any items, please call Nelson @ 246-3557.  The New Beginnings Class will be selling wraps, pretzel sandwiches & drinks between 8 AM & 4 PM.   

June 21 – Family Movie & Ping Pong Night @ 7 PM on the Big Screen.

June 25 – Family Craft & Game Night @ 7 PM.  All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
