Pre-School

At St. Paul’s U.M. Preschool we strive to prepare our

Students for Kindergarten in a Christian Environment

We accomplish this by:

    • Providing a solid academic foundation.
    • Giving the students opportunity to develop

necessary social skills.

    • Helping the students to adapt to a classroom structure.
    • Teaching the students how to interact and behave in a

Classroom setting.

 

 
In Addition the students receive:
Once a week the children receive Chapel Time. During this time
they meet with either Pastor Paul Murphy, Tina Rockwell, Baird Krecker or Ferne Raub.
   
Computer Time every student has access to a computer.
The Preschool has upgraded their computer lab. We now have
A CD-ROM and have great new computer activities to offer:
Educational games that utilize the mouse and word processing
Opportunities.
   
Field Trips each month the students have the opportunity to
Visit a local place based on the theme for the month. Trips are scheduled in advance and parents can join in the fun.
 
Parents Corner:
 
  • Classes run September through May
  • Two day class:
    • Children 3 year old
    • Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Three Day Class
    • Children 4 and 5 year old
    • Class meets on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s
  • Registration is suggested
  • Programs performed by the students two times a year
  • Preschool follows The Red Lion Area School District calendar for holidays.
  • During inclimate weather St. Paul’s Pre-School operates based on the Red Lion Area School District.

RLASD operates on a 2 hour delay then St. Paul’s operates on a HOUR delay.

RLASD CLOSED then St. Paul’s is CLOSED.

  • Reports Cards are issued two times during the school year
  • Free Scholarships are available for qualified children (Contact the church office)

December 15th the 3 day class is taking a field trip to Skyline Gymnastics
